Important Information:

  • The cost of the Director’s service is £28.00 per year. This fee allows one director to use this address. If more than one director requires this service, you will be required to purchase the service for each additional director who wishes to use it.
  • This service is for use with only one company and cannot be used on multiple companies. So, if you do require a Director’s service address for multiple companies, then this should be purchased for each separate company that the address will be used with.

If you operate a UK company or are in the process of incorporating a company with Companies House then you will be required to provide a correspondence address for directors, members, partners, persons of significant control (PSC’s) and secretaries.

You can now protect the privacy of your residential address and prevent it from appearing online through the use of our “directors privacy address” service. We charge £28.00 per year and this allows you to use our prime London office address as the main correspondence address for an officer of the company.

We will then receive your statutory mail in the name of the officer at our address and then instantly scan this directly to you via email without any additional cost.
